A very Perth garden. The brief for this luxury riverside residence required a definitive Perth garden inspired by the local climate and lifestyle. The close relationship between the home designer Yael K and Tim Davies Landscaping’s design and construction teams achieved a seamless weld of landscape and architecture. Due to the association of the landscape scheme with structural elements of the build, TDL integrated the concept design into the builder’s scope of work. TDL directed the builder’s construction of the boundary wall, major terracing and pool. The surface finish, lighting, pavements, internal and external water elements, plumbing and softscape were installed by TDL. A simple, functional design with muted colour and material selections allows the views to shine.
