Every garden starts with a conversation…
The initial design consultation is an opportunity to explore the possibilities and expectations of your new landscape and can be done one of two ways: either onsite at your property ($275 inc GST), or in our design studio ($165 inc GST).
During this meeting, we will discuss the following if relevant to your project:
- Design advice, possibilities and ideas
- Construction advice on structural landscaping as well as pool design.
- Renovation on existing pools, possibilities and design.
- Horticultural, materials and finishes.
- Advice on council and engineering matters – requirements specific to your project.
- Design fee estimate and verbal quotation for the construction of the project.
Upon acceptance of the design fee proposal, we will start the design process, creating concepts drawings and estimated budgets. At final design, a fixed construction cost will be presented.
When we have completed the landscaping design process, you are ready to make a start on the construction phase.
Upon acceptance of the construction quotation, our residential landscape architects/designers will meet with your construction supervisor internally to run through the project. You’ll have an onsite meeting with our team, to ensure that the design vision is brought to life and be provided with a construction schedule and estimated time of completion.
Our construction teams have a wealth of experience in the fields of landscape construction and horticulture, and are committed to delivering the highest standard of work on every project.
You can rest assured that no matter how many hands are building your project, you’ll only ever deal with one point of contact – a construction supervisor who oversees all aspects of your project to ensure every element is delivered on time, on budget and above expectation.
Once your project has reached completion, you will be provided with a handover pack. This pack includes information about how to best care for your garden and the species of plants/trees that have been planted. It also has a copy of your landscape design, reticulation, lighting and electrical plans for future reference.
All that is left now, is for you and your family and friends to enjoy your new outdoor space!
